HPCAT welcomes Dr. Innocent Ezenwa as a Beamline Physicist at 16-BM-B
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Innocent Ezenwa is joining the HPCAT team as a Beamline Physicist. Dr. Ezenwa received his Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario and recently completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Earth and Planets Laboratory, Carnegie Institution for Science. With his strong background in large volume apparatus and high pressure experimental techniques, coupled with his experience in x-ray measurements, Dr. Ezenwa is well-equipped to play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts.
In his new role, Dr. Ezenwa will be working closely with Dr. Hrubiak and other HPCAT staff to continue the development of the large volume Paris Edinburgh (PE) press program at the 16BM-B beamline at the APS. He will also play a key role in various technique developments and support the upcoming HPCAT and APS upgrade plans. We are excited to have Dr. Ezenwa join HPCAT starting Feb. 08, 2023 and wishing him continued success.
